This policy explains what information we collect on eugeneandheather.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean Eugene + Heather, a branding studio based in Nashville, Tennessee.

We collect what you give us when you fill out a form on our site. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your Instagram handle, if you choose to share it
• Details about your business, like what you do, how long you have been in business, your annual revenue range, and your team size
• Your answers to the questions on our applications
• The page you were on when you sent the form

• To review your application and reply to you
• To send you a confirmation that we received your information
• To email you when The Brand Code membership opens, if you joined the waitlist
• To keep track of conversations with people who apply to work with us
• To improve our site and our marketing

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, like the tools behind our forms, our records, and our email. They only get the information they need to do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
