1. Sign Up for a YouTube Account:
Head over to youtube.com and click the “Sign in” button in the top right corner. If you already have a Gmail or Google account, you can use it to sign in. Otherwise, select “Create Account” and choose the option “For Work or my business” for enhanced features and the ability to use a business name.
2. Create Your YouTube Channel:
Once you’re signed in, click on your profile icon and select “Create A Channel.” Choose the option to “Use a custom name” and enter your desired name. Click “Create,” and congratulations, you’ve created your YouTube channel!
3. Verify Your Channel:
To unlock additional features, it’s essential to verify your channel. Click on your profile icon, then select “YouTube Studio.” Go to Settings, click on “Channel,” and then “Feature Eligibility.” Choose the verification method that suits you, whether it’s a phone call or a text.
4. Customize Your Channel:
Now it’s time to personalize your channel. Click on your profile icon again and select “Your Channel.” Update your profile photo and banner image to reflect your brand or creative identity.
